One of the best gourmet honeys, Lavender Honey is light and sweet. It does not taste like lavender, as this is not infused. This honey was produced when the lavender was blooming and has been strained, but is raw (not pasteurized).

Try it on biscuits, toast, in your tea ... a favorite snack here is a banana with a little peanut butter and this honey drizzled over the top - so yummy!
